With a strong foundation in public policy and political strategy, Natalie Duthie brings a thoughtful and analytical approach to her work. An experienced policy professional, she has served as a Ministerial Adviser in both the Western Australian and ACT Legislative Assembly, contributing to policy development and strategic communication across a diverse range of portfolios.

Natalie also worked within the Department of Defence’s Capability Acquisition and Sustainment Group, supporting initiatives aligned with Australia’s national interests and security priorities.

She holds a Master of National Security Policy from the Australian National University, as well as a double Bachelor’s degree in Behavioural Science and Arts, majoring in politics and social justice, from the University of Notre Dame.
