Dixie Marshall joined GRA Partners as Chair after a 40-year career in media and communications.
She has held the positions of Senior Newsreader, Managing Director, Executive Producer, Director of Strategic Communications, Non-Executive Director and Deputy Chair.
Her storytelling and leadership has flexed to media, advertising, marketing, policy, advocacy, sports, and communications. She has won awards for journalism and advertising.
Dixie is a Non-Executive Director of green energy company, Frontier Energy. She is Deputy Chair of the WA Football Commission, and a former Commissioner of the Australian Sports Commission and Tourism Western Australia.
Dixie is a journalist by trade, and anchored the Channel 9 News for 18 years. She was the first woman AFL boundary rider on Australian TV.
She was the Director of Strategic Communications for the WA Government, before establishing content agency, Flare, and driving the commercial turnaround of Marketforce, where she is remains the agency’s Chief Growth Officer.
