Partner Amanda Reid joined the business in 2009 with a strong background in government relations and communications having worked as a senior advisor in State Government, for national government relations firms, as well as in corporate public relations.
Amanda is highly experienced in shaping and delivering outcomes for clients by utilising all aspects of business acumen including commercial, regulatory, political and community. She has worked with clients across a large cross-section of industry sectors in procurement, infrastructure projects, delivery of government projects and services, business-to-business facilitation; and policy and regulatory changes.
She has previously advised WA Labor Premiers and Ministers, as well as senior Federal Labor politicians. She was also responsible for managing a strategic communications unit in the Gallop Labor Government.
With a Bachelor of Social Sciences in Journalism and Politics from Curtin University, Amanda has also completed the AICD Company Directors Course.
She is board secretary of GRA Partners as well as a board member of GRACosway, GRA Partner’s national partner. Amanda is also a Management Committee Member of the Australian Professional Government Relations Association.
